Monty’s Plant Food welcomes B.J. Arbuckle to the company’s sales team

 Monty’s Plant Food Co., a leader in natural soil enhancement and plant fertility products, has hired B.J. Arbuckle as a Product Consultant and Sales Support Representative for portions of Southern Illinois.

Arbuckle was born into two generations of agricultural salesmen and grew up on a Southern Indiana row crop farm. He received his agricultural business degree from Vincennes University and from there, began working in agricultural chemical, fertilizer and equipment sales.

Over the next several months, Arbuckle will be visiting with numerous FS locations and growers throughout Southern Illinois to better understand the growers’ needs and how Monty’s Plant Food can help address them.

“B.J. has the experience, the passion and the dedication to farming which makes him a perfect addition to our team,” said Dennis Stephens, President of Monty’s Plant Food. “We are pleased to offer a great resource in B.J. for our farmers in Southern Illinois who use Monty’s products.”   

In his spare time, Arbuckle enjoy coaching and watching his three children play baseball, basketball and football.
